Apex Legends Cross play Friends Not Showing Up – Tried Everything
I’m running into an issue with my friends list in Apex Legends not showing cross-platform friends, and I’ve pretty much exhausted all the usual fixes.
The specific friend I’m trying to add or play with has crossplay fully enabled on their end, and their settings are configured correctly as far as we can tell. On my side, I’ve already gone through multiple troubleshooting steps. I have restarted the game and system multiple times, performed a clean reinstall of Apex Legends, unlinked and relinked my EA account, checked all privacy and crossplay settings, and verified that both of us are searching for the correct usernames.
Despite all of this, the friend simply does not appear in my friends list, and sending or receiving friend invites does not seem to work either. At this point it feels like the issue is completely out of my control.
Has anyone else experienced this or found a workaround? I’m not sure if this is a server-side issue or something tied to EA account syncing, but any insight would help.
