[Apex Legends] display problem

Those things appeared after I have updated the latest version of Apex Legend. Sometimes I can't see half of the screen.

How can I fix this? I have tried reinstall the game. Thank you.

It's possible this could be a hardware issue. It might be best to reach out to the manufacturer of your video card and see if they have any insight on what might be happening.

  • This is stretched geometry. Either your GPU drivers need updated, or your GPU may be dying.

    Hey @wuwudog

Have you been watching your GPU temperatures while Apex Legends is running? If it's getting too hot that can cause graphical issues like this as well.

  • Yes. It is normal.

This problem only appears when I play APEX.

I tried to reinstall the game and display driver several times, but the problem is still here.

    thank you.

    I just tried but it didn't work.☹️

    Here are my computer's specifications:

    AMD Ryzen 3600

    AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT

    B450M AORUS ELITE

    ADATA XPG GAMMIX D10 DDR4 3200Mhz 16GB

I'm not sure if these will help.

Should I reset my computer? Reinstall the windows?

Would you mind posting a DxDiag when you have the chance? You can find more details on how to grab one at the EA Help website

Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread. Thanks!

    Thank you!

Do you currently have Radeon Boost enabled in your Radeon Software? If so, can you try disabling it to test and see if that makes a difference?
