Apex Legends doesn't shut down completely

Sorry. I found this title after I'm having this problem. It won't close. I tried restart Steam and it's still showing "Running" or "Stopping". The funny thing is closing Steam, Apex Legends never dies in the task manager. I need to wait about 10mins after closing Steam.
