Apex Legends Error 0x00000017

I have the same problem same launcher(steam), same error code(just in english) so I have only 2 questions and they are "what have you done about this?" and "what do you plan to do about it?".

I have this error code for a month now and somehow I managed to alleviate it, make it so I can play the game for some short time, I did that with repairing of the game, reinstalling the game and still today I got this message(error) and I tried to unequip all the loadout skins and still I have the same error, I reopened the game 20 times but now instead of playing it and getting error code I got it in lobby.

Error code says that its a data error but it has no info about it, I tried looking up this error on internet and I got no results except this man/woman right here so, are we the only people that got this error? Does that mean that this error actually doesnt exist? Is that even possible? How? Why didnt you respond to this man/woman who has the same problem for this long? What are you doing about this problem? Did you even try to look into it? 

This actually makes me think do you even care for your players, I was unable to screenshot it so i just took a picture by a phone.

I hope you can help us and I hope there wont be any problems like this anymore.

SOMEBODY PLEASE GET A FIX FOR THIS. i have having the exact same error message and it just keeps crashing and crashing my game. i am completely unable to play. i updated to the new season and was able to play season 11 just fine with absolutely no issues. now i haven't been able to play a single match. i have verified the integrity and it has come up with "two files failed to validate and will be required". i have no idea how to sort this, it just keeps coming up when i verify integrity. i have reinstalled the game which took AGES because i don't have the best internet and it's such a big file. i have reinstalled my graphics drivers. i have run it in admin mode. i am at a loss and i cannot play this game i adore and have spent so much money on. please someone help ☹️

Hey, @ashisokx @Bartuu39TR @MAVERICK0073 can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with APEX and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have? 

What client is everyone using to play?

hello @EA_Atic ! thank you so much for the response, i thought i would be stuck forever. fingers crossed we can work this out.

i did a complete clean boot twice and turned off all my overlays and still the crash came up. the only inconsistency is the numbers in the engine crash. it's still the same engine crash 0x00000017 but the numbers afterwards in the "offset" and "count" change.

i was even able to reinstall the new season update but this still didn't fix anything. i assumed it was corrupt files but i'm honestly at a loss. pretty much giving up because i have tried every single thing i can think of and every single "solution" i've seen online. it seems to be that me and the two other posters are the only people that have had this error. or that have been unable to fix it perhaps.

@snaim2009 unfortunately not ☹️ it runs fine on origin so i’ve temporarily moved to there, but steam is still not working.
