Apex Legends False 1‑Year Ban，Cannot Submit Appeal Case

Sorry to hear you’re unable to submit another appeal, especially after already trying multiple browsers, networks, private browsing, and clearing your cache.

Since you’ve already gone through those troubleshooting steps, please first double-check that you’re signed into the EA Account that has the active ban.

If you’ve confirmed the account is correct but the appeal system still won’t create a case, please use the Contact Us option at the bottom of the appeal guide to get in touch with our support team. When contacting them, let them know specifically that Penalty History is preventing you from creating an appeal case.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to review or submit the appeal from the forums, but hopefully Support can help get the case created.

I feel heart‑broken. EA Anti‑Cheat never seems to conduct careful manual reviews. All my money spent on in‑game purchases and countless hours I poured into building this account have been destroyed by this false ban email. All my efforts went to nothing.
