I download Apex Legends: Version 1.000.130 and it is stuck in queue on my ps5. It’s download 100% and still I cannot download the file. I cleared my cache, rebuild my database, reinstalled Apex too many times and still I cannot download the file. I also have enough storage because I only have Apex on my ps5 system. What can I do to fix this issue.

From what I'm finding here, this has popped up for a couple other games on PlayStation as well previously, though it sounds like you've gone through all the typical troubleshooting steps. Are you using an external hard drive of any kind, by chance?
You've already gone through the PlayStation troubleshooting steps we can really recommend, so beyond that I'd just double-check the options below as well.
Make sure your PS5 is running the latest system software with these steps.
This doesn't seem to be the case currently, but could be worth a check of the PlayStation Network status to ensure there aren't any service issues when you're next trying this.
If the download is still stuck after updating your console, it would be best to reach out to PlayStation Support directly to see what other options they recommend given the extensive steps you've already taken here.
