I only see the issue when I use my ps4 controller as a usb headset. (controller with a headset plugged in) Works fine in every game accept this one.
If i plug in a headset to my pc's 3.5 aux jack sound is no problem.
Think its a bug or was never programmed to recognize my sound device.
In Windows 10 , go to Settings Sounds and Check on your Windows Input Device. You need to make sure that your Windows Input device is not your Sound Card if you use a USB Microphone. For mine it was defaulted to Audio from my headset, but mic from my sound card for some strange reason. When I changed that, it worked.
Changing the Origin Audio Device choice Settings had no effect.
Hello there,
I have fixed it!!
-Right click your sound icon in the bottom right hand side of your screen.
-Select "Sounds"
-Go to the "Recording" tab
-Disable your mic
-Tadda!!
This should allow you to hear Apex and everything else.
I don't know how to do this any other way. I would like to stream Apex but I can't have my mic enabled and hear the game at the same time. ☹️
I hope this helps somebody! And I hope somebody else can help me...
