I have some problem now, my internet crashes after launch Apex. 
try https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/  but did not get the effect

Have you had the chance to try any other troubleshooting since this started happening? If so, what have you already tried so far? I just want to make sure we can avoid repeating any steps if we can help it.

ps4, drops connection nearly every game. In lobby sometimes. I’ve initialised PS4 I’ve reset router. I’m reinstalled game. It seems to drop the net on my phone too. But router says still connected. 

any quick fixes for a totally uneducated tech guy?!

I am on PS4 and ever since the most recent patch Apex makes my whole WiFi malfunction. 

It normally starts by giving me a code 100 and even when it does not I join into a lobby with friends and it wont register on my screen when I ready up and it will let the friends in my lobby join a game, but wont even attempt to have me join the game. 

Also after getting on apex it makes all my other WiFi applications/devices malfunction. (Discord mainly). Every time I try I have to reset my router afterwards. 

I play other online games and this has never been an issue until I tried to start playing Apex again. I have 750mb internet.

Will have to delete the game until the issue is fixed so it doesn’t mess with my WiFi anymore. 

Please help recently this started happening after I connect with Ethernet cable I was usally connect by wifi after I connected by wire it's never been the same my son can play Fortnite with no problem but once I I start up apex it will immediately sign me off of PS network and crash my internet router I've tried numerous things I might just have to restore my PS4 to factory
