Apex legends not working at all

Good afternoon,

I am having problems With apex legends, Every time i open the game my game freezes, every time i load into a game with friends i freeze and i have to force the game to close. It is un playable and ive tried verifying my files, uninstalling and re - installing but nothing works. Anyone know a fix to this?
