apex legends pc steam crashes at the loading screen connection problem

Hello, I’m having connection issues with my game. Connection problems occur right after just one or two matches; I get a connection error on the loading screens, and it kicks me back to the main menu. Nothing I’ve tried has worked. I uninstalled the game from Steam and am now going to try playing it via the EA app—but what should I do if the same problem happens there too? please help
