I've connected my amazon prime account to my EA account for the monthly in-game loot and it worked only once. I got the crypto vampire skin but after that, I haven't been able to receive any of the other content. I tried looking to see if any other people had this issue and it seems to be a common thing that many other people are experiencing and EA hasn't done anything about this. This has really confused me because I haven't changed anything about my EA account connections and the fact that it worked the first time but never again doesn't make sense to me.

Hi @BBBBBarlos, Could you take a look at this from this article and just double-check you've followed the steps to connect up all the accounts to your EA account: Prime Gaming Spoiler (Highlight to read) You can only link your EA Account to one Prime Gaming account. After you link one to your EA Account, you won’t be able to link your EA Account to any more Prime Gaming accounts. Find out more about linking accounts. Go to the loot page on Prime Gaming and find the loot you want to claim. Click Claim Now. Link your EA Account by clicking Go to Electronic Arts. You’ll be asked if you want to allow Electronic Arts to access your Amazon account. Click Allow. Confirm your EA Account. If it’s not your account, click Not your account? To switch to the right one. @BBBBBarlos I currently have this same issue and EA told me I need to contact Amazon even though one of the EA reps shows it claimed just not in game and the other said its not claimed at all.

I have the same issue. I claimed the last stuff for Loba and now for Pathfinder and I didn't get either. Amazon customer support says I need to contact EA. You tell us to contact Amazon. What gives?

Unlink Amazon from your ea account
Validate you have active prime on Amazon
Re link that same account with your origin.
Be logged out of apex and go claim. You can visit the prime loot here:

@lovablesweethrtOkay, thanks for trying. Sorry to hear it didn't work. As their respond said to contact Amazon directly.
If you know for a fact that everything is linked correctly. Give it a day or two.
There's been an instance where I bought apex coins and didn't receive them for a little while.
I know that sucks and you want your prime rewards, but i would suggest if you do not receive your rewards by 24hrs after you claimed them. Contact Amazon about your prime gaming rewards for Apex.

Got told exactly the same, I contacted EA and they told me, and I quote:"As of now there is no prime loot promotion for apex as we are unable to see any current promotion from Twitch side" and then after I told them there IS a promotion up they told me: "Apex is our game but Amazon manages the Prime Loot contact them about your issue"

I contacted Amazon and they redirected me once again... What do we do now?

I’ve been having this same problem. I clicked on the in game prime rewards ad for it and let it load. Backed out and then got the notification I received it. Worth a try for anyone having problems.
