Apex Legends progress is completely reset on Steam account with 1000+ hours

Hi,

I have been playing Apex Legends through Steam for a long time. My Steam account shows over 1,000 hours played, but when I launch Apex Legends now, the game starts as if I am using a brand-new account.

Everything appears to be reset:
- Level is reset / new account state
- Legends, skins, cosmetics, and progression are missing
- The game behaves like I have never played before

I did not originally start playing through the EA App or Origin. I started playing Apex Legends through Steam.

When I checked my EA account connections, my Steam account is currently linked, but the EA account appears to be newly created/recently linked. Because of this, I suspect that my Steam account may have been accidentally linked to a new EA account instead of the original EA account that held my Apex progression.

Could EA support please help me identify the original EA account previously linked to this Steam account and restore the correct Apex Legends progression?

Important details:
- Platform: Steam / PC
- Steam account shows 1,000+ hours in Apex Legends
- Current Apex account appears completely fresh
- Steam is currently linked to an EA account, but it looks newly created/recently linked
- I have not intentionally deleted my Apex progress

Please let me know what information you need from me to verify ownership and investigate the original linked EA account.
