Apex Legends PS5 Account Linking

A few weeks ago, my opened my PS5 Apex and all of the menu options were greyed out and every time I try to queue into a game with my friends it lets them in but I stay stuck in the lobby. I have tried to relink my EA account, backed out to the menu and rejoined, deleted and redownloaded the game and nothing works. Has anyone found a fix? EA support is completely useless and I have gotten nothing from them.

This is something our team has been tracking. May I ask if you managed to get into a match with your friends after all, or if its still happening?

No, I did not manage to get into a match after waiting for 10+ minutes. It has continued to be an issue and has been for close to a month since I opened the game again.
