Apex Legends stuck in loading screen

Hi,

I've been waiting almost 2 days for a response from the technical support about this issue but the site showed a 3mins waiting. It's very interesting how 3 mins transforms into almost 48h and they closed my help requests without even dignifying me with an answer! Incredible!
Anyway as the title says, I've installed Apex Legends after 2 years (I tried steam and EA app) and the game just gets stuck in the loading screen. I've searched on the web and it seems to be a very common problem without any solution, at least judging by the comments of the people affected by it. Also since the support is non existent maybe the game is dead? I have no idea what is going on because nothing alike ever happened to me with any other game...
Can someone help?
