Apex Legends Stuttering & Server Connection Problem

I’m experiencing intermittent stuttering in Apex Legends, making the game effectively unplayable—even in training mode.

I’ve thoroughly checked everything on my end, including my internet connection, and confirmed that there’s no packet loss and my ping remains stable.

However, I’ve noticed that some servers are missing from the server list, including the Frankfurt server, which I usually connect to. Instead, the game connects me to EA Central, which shows around 100 ms ping.

In-game, the ping shows 78–90 ms & the stuttering continues.

I’ve ruled out any local connection issues, so I believe this is related to the server change and not a problem on my side.

Could someone please assist in resolving this issue or advise on any steps I should take to fix it?
