apex legends unable to connect to ea servers error ps5

hello everyone

every time i try to play apex on my ps5  it wont let me, i always get stuck on the first loading screen the game says '' cannot connect to server'' and ''server not found'' its very annoying because all online games work normally and my WIFI is good it only happens to me on apex and it really sucks cause i really like that game and i have payed money, sometimes it works normally but sometimes it just doesn't want to work it happened to me before and i deleted the game and re installed it but now even no matter what i do i cant get it to work i hope that someone get help me out, and thank you

    This is such a joke. U guys recommend to download ps4 Version and once i downloaded it, the game says: already logged in on another device or sum :D How is this possible?

    When is the game suppose to start some of us do not have 24h to wait for a workaround I think you guys should rethink what you are doing it would be way much better if some of your stuff lose their job than a forever have to wait game

    @EA_David I’m having the code:net error on ps4 since the 1st of April and the game is unplayable. Gamer tag DarthMaul-NJANJE

    @Moha961 I'm having the same problem on ps5, I haven't been able to play Apex ever since the Noir event update. I didn't get to finish the Flatline challenges ☹️

    I’m having this problem now. It’s not even three days into the upheaval update that added quads.

    For the last month I cannot close the apex application program and have to put my PS5 into rest mode instead because I cannot log back in even after days of trying if I do close it. There has been no solution and I thought the new season would fix it. No it's still as bad and messed up as it has been for months. Do you guys not want people who like the game actually playing this game? I also tried the PS4 version which just freezes and reinstalled the PS5 version 4 times now. Have you guys given up on the servers for this game?
