For anyone wondering, it seems it needs a lot of work indeed. It seems that it's basically DDoS'ing itself with so much packets and bandwith used by every client.
I've noticed that the first match (maybe second too) is always smooth for me, but after that, it starts to * itself until I restart the PC, and cannot play further. All ports posted that are supposedly used by AL are open, but that's not gonna help if there's no update to the client and server side.
So I think the best we can do is to wait for an official response, ETA of the fix, and share the data the devs ask the community for, like the UOTrace and such.

Whats completely weird is searching on the internet for this issue and the exact same issue happens all the way back to Titanfall 1 with all EA servers.
My UOtrace shows 3 servers that just never respond (Maybe they have ICMP replies disabled?, but this doesn't mean they are broken). However when I do finally connect, I connect perfect, it's about a 1 in 10 chance right now. It's also funny that this has been happening all the way back to Titanfall. So 5 years later.. same game company and same issue, yet hundreds of other games all work perfectly..
