APEX LEGENDS/EA please help me!

Sorry to hear you weren't able to get that purchase to go through in time to finish up the collection. Just to clarify, you were trying to get additional Apex Coins at the time, and that's what wasn't going through - not the packs themselves - is that right?

Did those orders process and simply not award the Apex Coins, or did those transactions all just fail entirely?

Unfortunately, if those packs were still being purchased right up until the end of the event and that event has now ended, there's not a way for us to now make any changes to the contents from that event, nor can we grant shards for something that was not completed. Keep in mind even if purchased during the event, the packs would all have to be opened while the event is still active as well in order to receive the final event reward. 

I'd definitely take a look through these steps if the payments were failing entirely, and it may be worth checking with the bank or card company as well just to make sure any additional purchases weren't flagged for security purposes as can sometimes happen with large online orders - such as the 6,700 coins would have likely been.

No money was drawn from my bank account but the oppurtunity to buy the heirloom is gone, what to do I want heirloom.

If it is not possible to get any shards then I want my coins back or my money back, because i wasted 6,700 apex coins on something i didn't complete/want. What to do?

Thanks for confirming. I'm afraid we cannot grant shards for an event that wasn't completed, sorry. 

I wish I had better news for you and I understand you were primarily just interested in the mythic for completing the event, but we cannot refund everything else that's already been unlocked or added to the account just because this was not finished before the end. 

So what am i supposed to do now i completed 18/20 of the event and i couldn't buy the last two because of technical difficultys by apex legends and you are telling me i cant get a universal heirloom pack or my money? just because of your **bleep** servers

While it won't do anything for events that have already been missed, again I'd definitely suggest taking a look through these steps since the payments were failing entirely, and again it may be worth checking with the bank or card company as well just to make sure the following attempts weren't flagged for security purposes as can sometimes happen after a large online purchase.

Purchase issues from this period would typically be due to that or trying to make the purchases while the event was already concluding. If the purchases having trouble were purely for Apex Coins and not the packs themselves, it's more likely the former.

Normally we'd be able to try and help troubleshoot the issues with those steps, but unfortunately it looks like by the time you encountered the issue, there just wasn't any time left before the event ended in this case.
