APEX needs fix but when i do it it dont work

I did it 3 times arl amd it does not work at all,even if i try to restart the pc it still does not work.i reinstalled it but same problem anyone know what to do?

I cant send a photo for somereason but it is about apex when it try to turn it on my pc via ea app something is poping up telling me a repairs is needed when i click repair it scans all the files but it does not fix the problem
