Apex not Launching past waiting for game

I've only recently had this issue where my game doesnt get past the small waiting for game screen. It first occured on steam and i tried all the ways to fix eg: update drivers, clear cache, reinstalling and virus for anticheat. I moved back to the EA app and it has done the exact same thing. The only thing i havent done is a clean boot.

I Used to run this game no issues but i had it uninstalled for about 2 years and weanted to play again on my PC instead of just console.

Any other options would be appreciated
