Apex Packs Missing

I just purchased $50 worth of apex coins like and hour ago. Which I also upgraded with 75,000 worth of legend tokens. I went to open 50 packs and it gave me an error message. I restarted the game and logged back in and I didnt receive any new content. I know for a fact I didn’t receive anything because my spark bonus didn’t even move. Anybody else have this problem.
