Apex permanently banned and lost my gmail i use for this account
I got banned for no reason (i guess swearing at my toxic teammate) i am fine with 1 week suspension BUT for permanently banned for swearing? bruh this isn't a child game and i only swear at my toxic teammate like wraith leaving on the side of the map without her teammate or pushing solo on ranked. i lost my gmail i use for this account but i do have linked it with my new gmail in my PSN and Steam but after i dispute my problem yesterday and explain my problem and said that email me at my new gmail they mark my case as fixed not in progress and they closed it and when i checked my new gmail there isn't a email from EA, this is getting frustrated 500 hours,2 years of play time and spent money is gone because i only swear. how is this fair when hackers have less punishment but those who really play fair get banned for simple swearing at my toxic teammate. (i dont know why i got banned since like i said i didnt received any email because the gmail i use for this account is gone so this is all speculation that i got banned for swearing)

Unfortunately we're unable to review or discuss any account details on the forums, so we wouldn't be able to elaborate on a particular case status I'm afraid.
That said, if the case is now closed it would typically mean the investigation is complete.
If the account is still banned that seems likely our Terms of Service team declined any appeal, though if those notices are going to an email you're no longer able to access please feel free to reach out to our support team directly.
They should be able to check on the status of an appeal for you, as well as updating the account information if they're able to verify a bit more information with you.
