Apex Progress reset by a few days

I was playing ranked earlier today and I was 200 LP into gold IV. When I came back on just now, I was 23 LP into silver I. My account level, rank and battlepass level have been reset by a few days (possibly back to when cross-progression kicked in but I’m not sure). I restarted my game several times and tried clearing the reserved space for apex on my console but nothing worked. I didn’t buy anything in the last few days so nothing I bought is missing. Any idea how I could fix this?
