I started my apex it asked me to log in and I did but when I do all my progress is gone back to level 1, 0 kills no skins no heirlooms my account is gone and I’m worried please help me my account had 20k plus kills cosmetics and a heirloom spent like a thousand on that account just to lose it please
Hi, I'm currently having issues with finding my Apex account, I used to play years ago but I am trying to get back into the game. After logging into my account through PC (I was exclusively an Xbox player) I found all my account progression, skins, and all my currencies gone. I have gone through the forums and help pages but it seems everyone has had similar issues but no solution seems to work for me. I know my EA account has no other email since I use the same email for my Steam and Xbox, which were already linked on my EA account that also uses the same email. I only had 2 emails back when I started playing and my second email doesn't have an EA account made for it.
