Apex Ranked Points Taken Away Unfairly

I just loaded into a ranked game and I was 300 RP off diamond 2, just after I landed my game crashed with a little white popup saying there might be something with the files. I went to restart my game to continue the match only to load into the lobby with a 10 minute abandon penalty and got 162 RP taken away from me for a game that I didn't choose to leave but because my game crashed. Is there anyway someone could please help me and fix it as soon as possible as it has really ruined my day and has killed my motivation to grind ranked. Thank you for your time.

Sscw008 Sadly, lost RP cannot be restored as you would have to re-earn those points.

As for the error, I got it too, (although when it happened to me, I had just launched the game). You should run a file integrity check to make sure the files are in order.
