apex steam purchase issue

I purchased $154 worth of Apex Coins on Steam. I never received my Apex Coins, but I still got charged. I then tried to contact support and was told to wait 24 hours (which I did). After that, I followed every step, and nothing has worked.

When trying to contact support about my money being taken without receiving anything, I see "screenshot 1." What do you mean support can't help me? So I tried to get my money back. If I can give my money and not receive anything, I should be able to get my money back. But obviously, I can't get my money back either.

When I try to contact Steam Support, they tell me that it is an EA Support problem, but that (sorry for the word) "**bleep**" AI does not let me contact a real person. It is extremely frustrating and honestly makes me want to stop playing Apex completely, but I'm not leaving without my money back.
