APEX Sudden 600 ping after Javelin update

I will load into a match (not a every match problem) start at my normal 30-50 ping and for no apparent reason will launch up to over 600 ping but will average at around 450 ping. My last match I was booted from it with a abandon penalty. Please fix this, this bug make me want to pull out my hair especially when this happens in ranked.
