Audio stutter/ Lag starvation symbol

Hi there since the start of this current season, i have been having an issue where randomly, during a match, i will get this speaker icon in the top right of the screen next to my ping and such, the ingame audio cuts out. Stutters and eventually it freezes the game and the only way i can get out of the game is if i restart my PC nothing else works,  i have been looking online for days now for a solution as the situation has become more frequent,  I have done a complete reinstal of the game, i have deleted other games i dont play anymore to free up space on my Drive, I have made sure all my drivers are up to date, i have made sure nothing else is running in the background, I've also tried moving the game to a different drive. None of these things have helped, so I'm hoping someone could help me or has experienced this and found a solution,  This doesn't happen in other games, only Apex. All my temperatures are in a good range, my partner who builds PCs has said all my settings look fine and he believes it's definitely an apex issue.
