Ban

Hello, I am asking for help regarding my EA account ban connected to Apex Legends. My account was permanently banned for cheating, but I did not cheat. My account was hacked and used by someone else before the ban.

I have proof of unauthorized access to my account – someone changed my account email and disabled my 2FA. There are also logins from foreign IP addresses before I recovered the account. After I secured the account, I was later banned.

Evidence:
As you can see in the attached screenshot, there were suspicious logins from:

Hong Kong (150.109.50.18)
Los Angeles, USA (128.14.242.16)
China (111.25.189.156)
And also someone changed my email to [edit: email address removed] – this was not me. I am from Czech Republic and I only play from my home location.

I already contacted EA Terms of Service twice, but they closed my case without properly checking the new evidence. I am kindly asking for a real manual review by EA security staff.

I have been playing Apex Legends for around 4 years, I have 6 heirloom items and I have invested over 200 EUR and a lot of time into this game. I never used cheats – I only want my account back.

Please help me, I am a victim of account hacking and this ban is a mistake.

I am sending photos showing that someone has accessed the account... but it seems to me that EA support is useless. You have the option to appeal.  I did this twice, and not once  did I feel that the responses from EA were appropriate; they were completely off the mark, and I learned nothing. 

I don't know what to do or where to write anymore, so I'm asking for advice or even a solution. Thank you to everyone who tries to help in any way.
