Banned because of a hacker

Hello everyone. Today i got banned while i was not doing anything wrong. Later i seen that a hacker had entered my account and caused that ban i have sent multiple mails to ea help and no one respon...

Having multiple cases open for the same issue will most likely result in some of them being closed as duplicates. You'll just need to wait for a response from Terms of Service.
