Banned without clear reason

Hello everyone

My Apex Legends account was banned recently and I believe it was a mistake. I have an open case: CASE #257673917. I would appreciate it if someone could review it.

- Platform: PC
- Date of ban: 28/10/2026

I have never used cheats or any third-party software, and I play fairly. I rarely use voice chat in public lobbies, and I have never had any serious behavior issues on this account. The ban came about 4 days after I got my Heirloom, which makes me really sad, after grinding alot 🥹

I have not received a clear explanation of which rule I supposedly violated. Could someone please review my case and let me know the specific reason for the ban? If there is something in my chat history or match logs that was misunderstood, I would like the chance to explain.
