Battle Pass Ultimate Purchased through WEBSITE not yet received.

I have purchased this battle pass as stated in the title, the money was deducted from my account INSTANTLY, so where is my battle pass? It has been over 2 hours and it is still not in my account?? Last time I purchased coins elsewhere and managed to instantly receive it by inputting the code, but buying something from you directly isn't given to me right away? 

And to make things worse you do not have proper customer support, and a BOT that feeds repeated and unhelpful information as you are avoiding helping your customers. Then there is the long wait time for something that should not even be an issue. Just give me my battle pass that I already paid for please?

  • I have a limited amount of time I can play and expected to receive the pass immediately after buying it, which now I will advise everyone to rather purchase directly from the platform you are playing on, and not with the website, as they do not give it to you.

  • Still no help! I wish I read all of the reviews before, I see that this is actually the common feedback from the community where they can never get help.

     

  • And still no support. Also noting they disabled the advisor chat, so we cannot even get a representative to assist.

    SPOOKYLOOKY​ Just so you know, when you create a thread, it doesn't notify everyone, (such as the Community Managers), so it does take some time for someone, (such as myself, who's not employed by EA or by Respawn), to come along and reply to your thread.

    As for the "no one gets help here" part, it depends on the thread as issues such as hacked and banned accounts are handled on EA Help, (where hacked players would reach out to the EA Support team, while banned players would reach out to the EA TOS Team).

    As for other issues, (such as a bug not being fixed, players crashing, etc.), as far as I'm aware of, those do get reported and are investigated, but I don't know anything else about the process involving those issues, (and again, players can go through EA Help as well).

    As for your issue at hand:

    1. What platform are you playing the game on?, (PC, Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, and/or Nintendo?)
    2. When you bought the Battle Pass, did you buy it from here?:

    3. When you bought the Battle Pass, were you logged into the correct EA Account?


    From what I understand, (and this is meant to be like an "auto response" of sorts, so you won't have to wait for my reply):

    1. If the platform isn't PC, (aka, through the EA App), you can try logging in on PC through the EA App
    2. https://store.ea.com/apex-legends/en is the official Apex Legends store for buying Apex Coins and the Battle Pass, (but do know that Switch players shouldn't buy coins from here, as the coins do get added to the player's shared Apex wallet, (which the Switch is excluded from))
    3. If you're logged into the wrong EA Account, you won't see the Battle Pass being activated on your account, (which sadly, the Battle Pass cannot be transferred over to another EA Account either)


    If there's more to the issue at hand that wasn't covered above, I'll try my best to point you in the right direction, (which you may need to reach out to EA Support through EA Help).

    Thank you for your response, I appreciate it. 

    With regards to me claiming there was no response or support, I was referring to EA Help, having no responded or offered any assistance as of yet. I appreciate you responding here though.

    As for your questions:
    1. I play on PC but have cross progression and linked accounts, all of my data is correctly linked between all platforms.
    2. Yes I purchased from this official site.
    3. Yes it is the correct account, the same one I use to log onto the game with.

    The money was deducted from my account instantly, while they sent an automated email saying it will take up to 24 hours for them to process the order and get the battle pass to me. Usually purchases like this with all other games are INSTANT, which is why I regret even considering using their website.

    EA Help, once again I have said that they have disabled the previously available live advisors, so you have to wait such a long time. I would not have purchased on the website had I known this stupid process. I need the battle pass YESTERDAY, and now am considering buying it through another platform (not the website), but I will make it known that I will refund it since they are borderline scamming. And while I appreciate the help here, I realize there is no way for you to resolve my issue, which is with EA themselves. They have to add the pass to my account, but customer service, just like Roblox, is not their top priority, which is why they disabled a key feature of live help from advisors.

  • And just for reference, it is maybe 17-18 hours since I have made my purchase of this battle pass, which has yet to be added to my account. I unfortunately read through their ridiculous terms of sale which states 'Most offers are accepted and processed by EA within 24 hours, though in some cases EA may take up to 72 hours', which is something they should have mentioned before purchase, as I would have purchased the pass through a different website or on a different platform, not directly from this non efficient process.

    So yes, I am frustrated, and I am certain any gamer who plays similar titles with purchasable battle passes would feel the same as your excitement turns to frustration due to having to wait for a digital item, even though the money has left my bank account immediately.

  • UPDATE

    Received a response from EA support where I had to provide verification information, I responded within 7 minutes, and now 2+ hours later I am waiting again. It just gets worse, so I hope everyone else does not make the same mistake as myself. 

    This marks the end of my post and thanks for trying to assist me. I will just hope they give me my battle pass within under 24 hours from now. Have a great day further and use my experience as an example.
