Black screen

I tried leaving the ranked game and it wouldn’t let me so I just reset my game and it’s just giving a black screen when I click continue on the main menu and i was sitting on it for 10 minutes and it didn’t changed so I restarted my Xbox and still just a black screen

    Are you still running into this?

    We were seeing some similar situations popping up as well, but that should be corrected now if you're able to restart and check again.

    EA_Mako  I'm running into this issue as well on both my PC and on my Switch.

    Whenever I play on my PC, I would sometimes have to restart the game until it loads, while on the Switch, it just takes a bit more time before it does eventually load.
