MirageIsUseless​ Your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account.

If you play the game on Steam or on console and had unlinked your platform account from your EA Account, you would need to relink your platform account back to your EA Account, (but its possible that it may not restore some, (or all), your Apex progress and data).
