try doing a clean install of gpu drivers. download DDU and the current driver version for your gpu. Make sure you download the .exe for the driver not through nvidia app. Then boot into safe mode (hold shift and click restart) and make sure its safe mode with no networking. Then run DDU to remove current drivers. Lastly, run that .exe file you dowloaded from nvidia's driver website and do a clean driver install. Then restart PC and try running it again. You might have to manually adjust refresh rate and resolution in display settings along with a re-do nvidia gpu settings afterwards in the nvidia app
