Can’t join friends

Closed the game, opened it, restarted my console, uninstalling and reinstalling process, and I can’t join my friends on apex. They told me I don’t even show up online when they check. This is an apex is issue because I tried other games and they work. I can join matches perfectly but I can’t join my friends.
