Can’t log into my account
I’ve gotten a ps5 and I don’t have my ps account that’s linked to it because it got banned and it’s not letting me unlink it it keeps saying it was previously linked to my apex account

FNPlayz_2 A few things:
- To my understanding, you cannot unlink a platform account that has been banned, (and even if you could, the EA Account you then link the platform account to would still have the ban in place).
- You can only link ONE PlayStation Account to your EA Account in your EA Account's lifetime, (which means that you cannot switch out which PlayStation Account is linked to your EA Account).
- Your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account, so by unlinking your PlayStation Account, you risk a lost of some, (or all), of your Apex progress and data.
