Can’t load into Apex on my ps4

Every time I click to open the game, it will do its little cut scene but when it is loading my ps4 goes “User will be logged out of the PS4 because an error has occurred.” And I’m trying to figure out how to fix it. Does anyone know what I should do?

Hey Ixnfa_54,

I have a few questions about your issue:

When did it first start happening?

Could you share a screenshot of your error?

Have you already tried any steps to fix this, and if so, could you share what you've tried?
