Cannot log in to my account pls help
So I used to play apex when it first came out and had a lot of stuff, and spent a lot of money and time on the game. Last year my ps5 account got banned and I couldn’t play online games for a certain amount of time, now that the ban is lifted I tried to log back into my apex account that is connected to that ps5 account, and it has logged me out. Now here’s the thing, I cannot remember the email for my EA account, it is not the same email as my ps5 account and I also do not have access to the email that was used to create my EA Account. I have tried contacting Sony and EA, but I cannot find the right help.
I have tried every possible email it could be, but the apex account is old and was made when I was a kid, I do however have access to the email for the PlayStation 5 account that the EA account is connected to, is there any way that either I, EA or Sony can see what EA account is connected to my ps5 account and the email address for that ea account. Please I really hope I have not lost all that progress forever.
orjipw6mtjq4 Sorry, account recovery cannot be handled on the forums as you would need to either recover the EA Account yourself or to contact EA Support for help.
Furthermore, if your account was banned before it was prompted for Cross Progression, (which Cross Progression was rolled out to players between October of 2023 and around April of 2024), the account that was banned was excluded from Cross Progression.
