Can't buy Ultimate Battle Pass

I have a problem with buying Ultimate Battle Pass through Steam. I have enough funds on my account, but the game just bugs out whenever I press Buy and sometimes forces me out to the bug screen.
I've been trying to buy battle pass for 2 weeks now, but it's unsuccessful. Did everything I could: changed servers; reinstalled game; checked file integrity; logged out and logged in my EA account, but it still does not let me.
