Can't connect to apex legends

I cannot connect to apex. For me it loads up but then says, "lost connection to Xbox live and EA servers. Please check your Internet connection." Every other game I have connects fine. Even when I have my friend invite me he can see me in his game but I'm still in the main menu. I have restarted my Xbox, unplugged it, reinstalled apex, changed servers, and reconnected my wifi. And it still doesn't work. What is my issue?
