Can't connect to EA server

Unable to access the game. At the data center it says downloading...0 but yesterday 08/10/2025 I was still able to access the game, then on 09/10/2025 I couldn't access the game. I tried changing the internet and repairing the file. At first I used it through EA and then I tried changing to use it through on Steam, but I still couldn't access the game.
