@jmhuber16 Can you try these steps please, from the Xbox dashboard select Settings- All Settings- Network- Network Settings- Advanced Settings- Alternate MAC address - Clear- Restart. Then let me know if this persists?

Any news on connection to ea servers timed out on Xbox. It has been like that since launch for me. Almost every match I freeze and that error message comes up. Only in mid game. Any news on a update would be appreciated I have literally tried everything you could imagine.

The fact is that after trying every single support step/EA Customer help, they don't seem to acknowledge that this is a problem affecting a variety of players.
