Can't log in or fix this migration to a teen account

I can't log into apex. It gives me this message to update to a teen account. (see picture). I've done everything, logged onto the ea website from a pc. When I try to input the email address that I've always used, it tells me there is a duplicate email. There can't be, this is my only email ever used. Is there anyone who has Solution to this? I play on a Xbox. Many thanks
