Cant play because my game immediately freezes and sends me back to the main menu and says “There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again. sh_grx.gnut #1633 [Ul] The index "11044" does not exist” Ive tried everything and when I contacted support they did nothing beside waste my time and basically told me that I pray it gets fixed

I've merged your post with the main thread for this topic. The studio is aware of this, but unfortunately, we don't have any updates at this time.
In the meantime, can you try going to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage and deleting Apex Legends' file on your PlayStation? That workaround seemed to work for a player, who deleted their cloud data settings file. Let us know how it goes, thanks!

Keep getting this , would only happen when I would open packs on PC , tried playing on my console with some friends and keep getting that code There was a problem processing game logic. I keep getting the error "There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again. sh_grx.gnut #1633 [UI] The index "11044" does not exist" every time I log in, open Apex packs or enter the store. The game freezes and kicks me back to main menu instantly.This bug has lasted for over a month since the new season launched. I’ve tried every troubleshooting step: reinstall game, clear cache, switch system language, repair game files, change launchers.Other EA accounts on the same PC/console run Apex without any crash, which proves this is server-side account data corruption instead of local device issue. I spent real money on Battle Pass and Apex Coins but cannot access store or packs at all.Please manually repair my broken account asset index, compensate all lost season progression and unclaimed pack rewards, or process a full refund for my in-game purchases.
Same here 1 month in. Have to play on a second account so I missed all progression on my original account.
This is becoming silly now. It's been around a month or so since the new season came out, and it continues to have a problem processing game logic. Every update that comes out, doesn't fix the issue for me.
Is it fixed? I still cant play, I want my money back !
I'm having issues launching Apex Legends i keep getting error code CE-34878-0. I have restarted my ps4 multiple times, Uninstalled the game, checked updates for the game and my console and none are avaliable. I have no idea what is going on and have tried all these multiple times and I still cant launch it. My game loads for a few seconds and crashes.
I am also dealing with this issue on PS5. I've tried reinstalling, restoring license, switching the language and it hasn't worked. If memory serves, I logged on a few months ago and played a bit and opened a pack I had and uninstalled shortly after. Now months later I reinstalled to play but I get to the lobby for a few seconds and then crash with this error.
Is there a solution already ? We are waiting 14 days now
