cant make a case on ea.com

so my account got hacked and i was needing to make a case on ea.com but when trying to do so ill put in "compromised ea account" as my issue but when trying to type in what "Console" i play on i cant type in pc, computer, or laptop it just says "no results found, please add correct keywords" ??

Hi folks,

I've tried to replicate this, and was able to select the platform without any issues. This might be browser-related. Could you give the following steps a try and let me know how you get on:

Clear your browser cache

Test this from a different browser

Try sending a help ticket from a different device.

I'm in a similar boat. I need help but the **bleep** form won't let me submit a request because the Game and Console fields are broken.

zyxmww & ket-bone Weird, I went to create a case myself as well and its doing the same thing to me, (where I cannot select the game or platform type).

If I had to guess, it may be due to this:
