I would like to know how can I play at 240fps? Whenever I place the screen at the center of the map, the FPS drops in half. If I leave FPS free, it reaches 299 looking at any other location on the map, but facing the center it drops to 120fps. Was it a bug? ryzen 3600, 5700xt, 2x8gb 3200mhz.

Which frametime? you mean framerate? I recommond 190. When you're not running at GPU limit it's always CPU limit, but this is not always a huge problem. If it doesn't feel smooth than try to encrease the grafics for GPU limit, to see if it feels better than.
