I've been having this problem for a couple of weeks now. I joined a club and then proceeded to leave it. After that, I've been stuck with the club tag that they had. I can temporarily remove it by joining and leaving a new club, but the original club tag returns after I re-log. Is there any way to fix this?
only "solution" I've found is to create your own club with a tag that you don't find a burden. But the moment you leave the clan you created you get reverted back to the tag from before. @EA_Illium
Wow! How is this an issue still? Clubs was introduced in Season 7 and I have been having this issue since then. It is almost Season 9 now. It is so annoying to see the name of the club that you left.

Oh… so it’s an old problem. And here I was - actual newb - thinking I was coming to find a solution…. Guess I’m going to stick to this and suck it up. 🤦♂️☹️
