case not created
i just got banned on apex for "Game enhancement" but i havent even cheated or used any programs to give me a advantage but then when i tried making a case it says "case not created" can someone pls help me im trynna get my apex acc unban because i know its a false ban and im trying to run some apex because it is in its prime right now some one help

Sorry you're running into some trouble getting that appeal created. Are you able to try opening a new browser window in incognito mode to see if you're able to submit the appeal that way?
It may also be worth trying a different browser or device at that point. If you're still running into this after trying those options, do you still see the same issue when creating a regular case with support?
