PS5 player. Apex Legends crashes before reaching the main menu every time with error CE-108255-1.
I have already:
- Restarted the PS5
- Cleared system cache
- Rebuilt database
- Reinstalled Apex Legends
- Confirmed my PS5 system software is updated
Other games work normally. Only Apex Legends crashes.
I do not want to delete my Apex saved data because it contains my controller settings. The saved data is still present on my console.
Can you check if there is a known issue with Apex Legends on PS5 causing CE-108255-1 crashes before the main menu, and advise on any solutions that do not require deleting my saved data?
